- Passiv aggressiv und toxisch
Zu sagen, dass Unternehmen hätte keine Verantwortung gegenüber den Mitarbeitenden ist kurzsichtig und engstirnig. Neue motivierende Mitarbeitende sehe ich bei der Ansicht nicht mehr kommen. Hinzu kommt , dass Mitarbeitende pauschal in diesem Podcast als inkompetent und unfähig bewertet werden. Unverständlich ist mir die hohe Anzahl an Fäkalwörtern die in diesem Podcast genutzt werden. Habe noch nie einen Podcast abgebrochen, weil er mich beim Zuhören aggressiv gemacht hat - heute war es soweit.... more
