I highly recommend while on a drive to work or school. I always listen to these podcasts on my way to school instead of my music when I need a little more insight into a certain topic. My favorite topic is Breaking Generational Cycles of Pain between Mother and Daughter because my study at school focuses on development and parenting. Most of the emphasized points in this specific podcast I enjoyed listening to.
