Okay, full disclosure, I gave them high marks because they said nice things about me.
But it’s also a fun time! Thoughtful and entertaining.
Knowledgeable hosts, plenty of background for lost 00s/90s anime culture, surprisingly well-structured episodes for being so long, a diverse range of dub classics and hot new items, and the right take on Roland Fortis (best character in the show hands down no argument)
The best podcast ever! Keep doing what you’re doing and I’ll always listen!
I am so excited to finally see this podcast up on other platforms. I love every episode and it will be so nice to have them on the go like this!

This show centers on English dubs for anime and related media, with deep dives into casting, directing, script choices, and localization. Episodes routinely unpack voice performances, ADR production, and how dub decisions shape tone, humor, and storytelling, often featuring veteran and emerging voice actors, casting directors, and industry guests. A notable strength is balancing detailed technical analysis with accessible conversation, frequently celebrating standout performances while offering behind-the-scenes anecdotes and production context. The format is well-suited for listeners who want insider perspectives on dubbing, plus fans who enjoy rich discussions of craft, culture, and the business around anime localization.
