Love the questions you ask in your interviews! In session 12, you say that you don’t chart cause people only chart so that they can re-use treatment recipes on the same person over and over, or think they don’t need to assess the person with a completely fresh mind every time. I totally disagree! That’s not why charting exists, it exists to note progress, to write down their goals and what’s meaningful to them, and to note health history and CIs for them.
