  • Great Way for Curious Minds to take in A Complex Piece

    I have wanted to get the specifics of the Bible down for many years and after listening to other podcasts by these hosts I thought I might like this medium. I really enjoy taking on the sometimes monotonous task that is reading the Bible with these three. Dedeker (spelling) is off-putting for me- kind of dampens the mood at times. I find myself thinking, “okay we get it, you were raised ______ and you know a lot about the Bible.” But otherwise love these hosts and the format for taking in the Bi... more

    I’m a devout atheist, but I like to think I’m not uneducated about the beliefs of the major religions. I had thought that I had read the bible cover to cover as a teen, but if I was honest I had to admit that I skipped or skimmed over a lot of boring bits.
