Practical, funny, common-sense advice from someone you can tell ACTUALLY “gets it” and truly loves those in his family with ADHD. Additionally, the short, frequently-released episodes make the overall content so easy to absorb. I love the chill vibe of his attitude too, and how Dr G doesn’t overly-edit anything or overly-plan a script for the episodes. It makes the podcast feel less like a lesson and more like you are sitting by a friend on the couch. THANK YOU!
