The guy speaking in this episode Dustin is way to abrasive and sounds like a liability for the boat shop. If I was thinking to donate to here, I would absolutely decide against it after listening to Dustin. My suggestion is to remove this character to preserve the boat shop. He’s going to run everyone off.
