受け持ちのゼミ生たちは一行ずつ綴っていきます。
心象風景と向き合い、
自分自身を知るための旅の始まり。
今回は、二十歳の学生たちの詩を紹介しますね。
『幸運であるトムとセセリチョウ』からは「サンショウオ」の朗読。
新刊小説『青とうずしお』についてもお伝えします。
私たちのなかに残っている「子どもの目」を復活させると、
普段の風景が一変し、未知の街を歩いているような気分になることがあります。
かつて、幻冬舎の『GOETHE』（ゲーテ）という雑誌で、巻頭の「ゲーテのコトバ」を書いていた時代があります。文豪ゲーテの名言や格言を私流の解釈でエッセイにしていたのです。そのなかから、大人のなかの子どもの目について書いた文章がありますので紹介します。
詩集『幸運であるトムとセセリチョウの世界』からは「ホタル」を朗読します。
詩に限らず、あらゆる新鮮な表現の根っこには「子どもの視線」が含まれているような気がします。
あるいは、子どもが捉えた世界のみずみずしさを再感受できる者、それが詩人なのかもしれません。
勝手に応援団では、西宮の詩人、今村欣史さんを紹介します。
お孫さんとのやり取りから生まれた詩には、私たちをも刷新させる「子どもの視線」が素朴に、そして劇的に内包されています。
また先日、逗子の小坪漁港で披露した即席の詩の中から「鳶（とび）」をあらためて朗読します。
なにごとも良い出来を目指したいけれど
そうはできないのが私たち人間。
ミスをして落ち込んだときに、「まあ、いいか。大丈夫」と思うことができればいいですね。
岡山のヤッシーさんからのメッセージに含まれていた言葉が、今回のテーマとなりました。
失敗が多い私も、この種の言葉に救われたときがあります。
それは「半年たったら笑い話」。
