位於都蘭部落的「女妖在說畫藝廊」已有20年，由東漂落腳於此地的藝術家逗小花創立，後續由策展人李韻儀接手，從部落裡的客廳移往、與海平面視角齊平的都蘭山腰，不只是靈氣滿滿，阿美族傳統領域中稱為Ma-lala-ay（血滴落的地方）充滿生命力、母性能量的所在，像是神的旨意般、讓此地的藝術家創造力源源不絕、活出自己的地方。
