「椰子樹上竟然有椰子！」「餐桌上是隔壁ina種的野莧菜、朋友昨日從海裡補獲的白毛魚！」「月桃原來是可以編織的、路邊的野草（菜）竟然可以煮來吃！」因藝術進駐交流計畫第一次來到臺的夏威夷藝術家、夫妻檔Kainoa與Amber，幾乎每天都會驚呼、驚喜、驚艷，在我們（東部人）眼中如此理所當然的小事，卻是對受西方文化與資本經濟影響巨大的夏威夷人而言，多麼難得的大事。

來自馬來西亞的藝術家張國耀（小馬），從2017年開始自「白盒子」走出，進入環境與社區的大地藝術創作，他覺得更貼近自己喜歡人、喜歡連結的性格，還有凡事能親力親為，並且與夥伴合作的過程。他強調藝術作品必須與在地場域建立深刻連結，而非僅是展廳內（白盒子）的靜態擺設。透過在臺東成功海濱公園的駐地創作「滴落」，運用東海岸撿拾的漂流木呈現水氣循環與海洋的關聯，體現人與自然環境共生的哲學。小馬在臺灣吸收到豐富的藝術教育資源，也喜歡四季變化的氣候與多元的地形，使得他重新思考材料特性與空間語彙。他將創作視為一種感... more
