  • Content good, quality bad

The content is useful, fun and easy to digest and I usually look forward to this pod but the sound quality is sometimes so rough that I will have to stop listening (from the clarity to background noises and keyboard tappings). On a good day though, I’m very into it!

  • Good content but not great delivery

This podcast has good, helpful information but the host says “like” sometimes 3-4 times in one sentence. The “like” overkill turns me off, personally, but as the host becomes more seasoned and better trained at speaking, I think the show will be much more enjoyable to listen to.

Q: Dear 1-800-Bridesmaid, my ex reached out six months after we broke up and said he made a mistake. Should I go back for a second chance or just keep moving forward with my life?
The advisor suggests no contact for at least six months if considering reconciliation, require a sincere, demonstrated change, and assess whether there is genuine alignment; proceed cautiously and prioritize personal well-being, boundaries, and clear communication about expectations before any reunion.
