While I agree Ryan Staub should start on Friday, I really hope the coaches are checking on Salter. In one of the game videos, on the sidelines Salter’s eyes look sad and scared when he took off his helmet. This is his senior year and I suspect he’s somewhat overwhelmed. He lives with his brother but I hope others are making sure he’s OK.
RK, just another reminder from Coach Prime that there is a Higher Power.
I love this podcast! Jake and Ryan know ball - and they ride hard for the Buffs but they also call out college football and even the NFL for systemic flaws and inherent inequities and biases. They are real ones for this. Still waiting for Scotty to get on board here, he seems to dismiss some of the issues that Ryan’s and Jake call out - which was surprising to me. But I still think that it’s a great trio!! 5 stars!!!
Thanks for the great coverage! I also expect Shedeur to shine in Cleveland. It will be interesting to see if the Browns allow Bucky to film. It may be wise to lay low until there’s a good feeling if the coaches are giving Shedeur a fair chance.
It’s no surprise the haters are going after Shedeur and Travis for having their numbers retired. What’s really sad is the CU alumni and former players whining about it. The jealousy is real and ugly. Together they revived the program on the brink of death.
