  • Most Denver sports media hypocrites

Once again only DNVR looks at the changes in CU Buffs coaches objectively. Meanwhile, too many of Denver sports media, including former Buffs, say this “exodus” makes Coach Prime look weak. These SAME people asked for major changes after the 2025 season ended.

  • Great guys, tired format, not journalism

Nothing against the guys, but they get fed by the Coach prime PR machine. If they bite the hand that feeds them…

  • The Bag more important than the Game

I won’t cheer against Seaton, but I won’t cheer for him. Travis Hunter showed integrity and loyalty when he turned down millions to stay a Buff. He didn’t chase the bag but loved the game.

  • How Coach Prime losing by 50 is good for CU!

Scottie is the only one that keeps it real. Jake and RK never saying anything critical.

  • Address Denver media

Guys, please call out the jackass Denver media calling for Coach Prime to be fired. This is so idiotic and these guys have no investment at all in CU.

Talking Points

Recent interactions between the hosts and their guests.

How Coach Prime & Colorado completely flipped the narrative in Week 1 | Featuring William Gardner
Q: What was your take on Julian Lewis's performance last night?
Julian Lewis had a rough start, showing pressure under rain and humidity, but the coaching staff kept him grounded, and Brennan Marion helped stabilize the situation with simplified reads and a plan that emphasized quick decision-making. He has talent and should improve with film study and experience.
The BIGGEST QUESTION Coach Prime and Colorado could answer vs. Weber State
Q: What would impress you the most this weekend against Weber State?
Gardner emphasizes a balanced approach: a continued stout defense that can keep Weber State out of the end zone, while the offense shows improved passing efficiency and execution with Juju Lewis, building confidence for the rest of the season.
Santana Hopper reveals why Colorado’s Go-Go Offense will be hard for teams to stop in 2026
Q: What makes the Go Go offense so difficult for opponents this year?
The Go Go offense features frequent heavy double teams that occupy defensive linemen and linebackers, combined with a multi-faceted, high-tempo approach that creates mismatches and keeps defenders guessing about where the play will go. This complexity is paired with a focus on first-level domination, which accelerates the defense's decision-making and opens up opportunities for backfield playmakers.
Colorado AD Fernando Lovo LIVE in studio to discuss Coach Prime’s Buffs & the future of CU athletics
Q: How do you view the transfer portal and its impact on sustaining fan engagement?
The portal brings necessary player empowerment but can disrupt continuity; the goal is to balance flexibility with stability through policy, recruiting excellence, and retention strategies.
Colorado AD Fernando Lovo LIVE in studio to discuss Coach Prime’s Buffs & the future of CU athletics
Q: What are your macro priorities for CU Athletics right now?
The focus is revenue generation across all sports, advancing premium partnerships, maximizing venue assets, and expanding engagement in Denver while maintaining excellence across all programs.
