These are fantastic podcasts extremely educational.
I currently work in a distillery and these podcasts have given me better understanding of the processes involved.
I do think these require two or three listens each because there is so much detail to take in.
I do wish you would hurry up and upload the rest of the podcasts again as my van journeys are very boring with out them. (Just saying)
Keep up the good work
As a distilling fan and possible future distiller I love this podcast. A great 360 on the craft. Thanks so much to everyone who contributes. Hope there are more episodes coming.
