This podcast is insanely informative and contains a wealth of knowledge and information from both the home distilling perspective as well as the small craft distilling side of things. As a home distiller and aspiring distillery owner, this podcast has been huge in changing my techniques, my ingredients, and understanding basically every aspect of this amazing hobby. Absolutely my favorite podcast right now. I can’t stop listening!

Royce Neeley and Alan Bishop are sharing from their experience everything that happens to that bottle of whiskey before it gets into your hands. These guys are smart and funny and full of knowledge that they are ready to share. Christi is a great host directing conversation between two of America’s best distillers.
