There are people who are disadvantaged disproportionally because of things that are completely out of their control. I’m convinced I was hacked by the Goldwater Institute, because I DID NOT download this podcast but it somehow magically showed up in my library. DEI is the foundation of progress throughout the human race. DEI done poorly is bad, because anything done poorly is bad. Stop vilifying an entire idea because some businesses or institutions have implemented it poorly.
