Dr Orsini repeats time and again, "I believe all doctors are compassionate people". This is simply not true...and betrays a well-meaning naivety which, unfortunately, prevents honest conversations. I was hoping for more stories from patients and analysis from insightful experts...but half of the episodes are from business people, who have little insight into healthcare and, therefore, have little to contribute to healthcare conversations.

Glad to have some discussion on what can seem to be a difficult , uncomfortable topic we deal with regularly!
I look forward to this podcast every week. Amazing guests and so inspiring
