Steve Smith sublime on a day when Australia moved into the ascendancy. West Indies fought hard and have kept in touch . . . just. And Cameron Green got some runs at number 3!
West Indies have a good day - getting to within a handful of runs of Australia’s first innings and then reducing Australia to 2 for not many at stumps
Another highly watchable day of test cricket . Australia’s top order failed again and they were bailed out by the middle and lower order and the pitch is already starting to play tricks.
A big fan of Paul’s work on TikTok and being able to hear from him in more depth is sensational. A very knowledgeable man who delivers his content in an engaging manner.
It's good to see Paul into longer formats. His short forms on tiktok are great but I think this format suits his knowledge and opinions even better. He has a great rapport with his guests as well and yes he is an Australian but holds no biases and seems to give an honest review of the world of cricket. Always a good listen for cricket fans!
This is a great new cricket pod! Audio issues of first couple now sorted so don’t worry about that. Great to get a different voice with plenty of stats to back up the opinions and not just past players talking about how much the drank on tour.
Getting Paul in long form is a treasure. I think he’s the best expert going around ATM and is a great, frank and gifted communicator. His opinions , facts and takes on history make me think and reconsider.
Excellent work Paul I’ve been a long listener of your insights on Australian cricket( and never afraid or opposing nations and media even our own). And was so glad you started a podcast I was first to listen to it and look forward to continue listening. Keep up the great work!
