    The premise of your podcast is very good. I've enjoyed listening to it. You offer helpful advice.

    If you decide to continue, my recommendation is to change your title. To "deal" with someone or a group of people has a negative connotation. Make your title more interesting and give it a more positive tone. We must try to create a more peaceful, friendly world and build bridges instead of "dealing" with others.
