Echt elke week weer genieten van deze heerlijke podcast. Femke, Barbara en Gijsje zijn altijd heel open, en vertellen verhalen waarin je altijd wel iets van jezelf in herkent. Geweldige gasten ook met actuele onderwerpen, maar ook zonder gast misschien nĆ³g wel leuker!! Ga alstjeblieft for ever door dames!!

Het ging in de laatste podcast over ozempic en afvallen. Wat voor mij een eyeopener was is de podcast ā echte mannen diĆ«ten nietā. De titel vind ik vreselijk maar de inhoud is echt een eyeopener. Leefstijl en 4 pijlers. Doe er je voordeel mee!

Femke probeer is wat minder nadrukkelijk aanwezig te zijn, je bent de helft van de tijd aan het woord, je enthousiasme is een kracht maar ook een valkuil.
Stil zijn en luisteren, niet alleen naar je collegaās maar ook naar jezelf, dat rennen en vliegen en altijd alles buiten jezelf zoeken levert niks op die ervaring heb je toch intussen zelf ook wel?
