Wat begint met een spannend vertelde tunnelroof, leidt naar twee pakkende gebeurtenissen uit het verleden in de Antwerpse 7e wijk, de aanslag op Joodse kinderen die op kamp zouden vertrekken en het onwaarschijnlijk ontroerende verhaal van het kleine Joodse jongetje dat dankzij een intuïtieve en hartverscheurende beslissing van zijn moeder aan deportatie ontsnapt. Boeiend verteld, onderlijnd door de muziek van Tom Pintens. De kleine Fred blijft in mijn geheugen gegrift…

Prachtige podcast van een begaafd verteller. Niks gekunsteld aan de manier waarop de drie verhalen die over elkaar worden gelegd. Ook heerlijk dat er geen eindeloze intro/outro is maar de podcast door kan blijven luisteren als een spannende vier uur durende documentaire . Huilen in de trein. Luister dit!

Prachtige podcast, gemaakt met enorm veel professionaliteit, maar ook met heel veel liefde en passie. Deze podcast slaagt erin op een zeer mooie, ontroerende en menselijke manier een verhaal te brengen dat blijft beklijven, zelfs maanden na het luisteren. Er zouden er meer als deze moeten zijn.
