Waarom denkt iemand? Ik, de overgang hoort bij het leven en daar moet iedereen goed mee omgaan. Praat erover in je relatie, werkomgeving etc.
Respecteer de opvliegers, klachten, uitval etc.
Als bedrijfsarten en collega’s uitgaan van het principe respect voor de vrouw in de overgang en de vrouw niet gedwongen, indirect door haar klachten, wordt om te zoeken naar een oplossing voor stemmingswisselingen via hormonen vind ik vreemd.
