Tot en met de laatste aflevering ga je helemaal mee in het verhaal en denk je ‘dat dit in NL kan’. Als hoge raad zelf aan het woord is dan hoor je ook de andere kant: het al-dan-niet hartfalen doet niets af aan waarom van Leeuwerden is veroordeeld. Maar waarom is in dat gesprek dan de CRUCIALE vraag niet gesteld: kan de ‘moord’ veroordeling wel blijven staan? (Dat moet toch dood door schuld of iets dergelijks worden). DAT is wat de hoge raad in dat gesprek had moeten verantwoorden.
