Wirklich fundiert! Ich bin nicht immer deiner Meinung, aber deine Meinung kann man sehr gut vertreten.
Die Darstellung der Interessenabwägung iR der Werbung für Verlage finde ich gut! Andererseits: Wenn das Modell Werbung für Verlage nicht praktisch umzusetzen ist, müssen Verlage ein anderes Finanzierungsmodell finden oder eben sterben. Wenn es sich bei Verlagen um eine überragend wichtige Institution handelt, dann sollte der Gesetzgeber tätig werden. Vllt. über die e-Privacy. Eine Überdehnung... more
