I have thoroughly enjoyed these short stories that I mention it to anyone I know that likes both the horror genre and podcasts.
Great fiction podcast drawn from rural Canadian history. Spooky and informative.
I gave it two episodes, but I couldn’t get into it. Neither scary nor thrilling.
Sets up such a good atmosphere! Great visuals, I feel like I’m right there in the story. Great for gloomy rainy day listening, I love it
Terrifying happenings set in a surreal Ontario township - a Canadian version of Derry, Maine - and the anthology presentation is made that much more fun by knowing that the tales are inter-connected in some way. A wonderful and original podcast that needs to be discovered by more in the horror community.
The one and ONLY bad thing about “Dark River” is that you cannot find it when you Search for it unless you add “spooky small town” after the words “Dark River”.
