With the Tour Golem on lockdown and the mysteries piling up, the museum staff splits the party (oh, you fools) to seek answers before the other, heavily implied, world-ending boot drops. For their sake AND ours, let’s just hope it’s not already too l... more
It has come to the attention of the management of the Rivercliffe Museum of Mostly Natural Histories that MOST of the staff knows absolutely NOTHING about basic world history. You can see the problem, surely. As such, we hope you will join the curato... more
Rivercliffe has been hit by a sub-zero cold snap, but you’d hardly notice in the museum. Staff tempers are flaring up and arguments are growing so heated that it’s no wonder when Nick actually takes Abraxas’s bait and agrees to fix the furnace. All h... more

Curator. Director. Manager. Marwood is an elf who takes his overlapping jobs very seriously—so seriously, in fact, that he rarely leaves his precious museum. He’d be content to stay forever, but an emergency back home might finally force him to leave... more
It’s a big day for the Rivercliffe Office of Unemployment! The dedicated Job Placement Sean and his assistant Sam have grown quite adept at helping Rivercliffe citizens land their dream gigs, but the enormous line of eager, resume-waggling goblins ou... more
Great podcast that excels in every respect; sound, writing, humor, editing, and music. Hope the creators produce many shows in the future.
Why does this podcast not have more views?! This is criminally underrated. I am very picky when it comes to podcasts I like and having listened to around maybe 40 of them I know when something is well written and has love poured into it and Dark Ages checks both of those boxes.
I will be waxing lyrical about this podcast to anyone who will listen
Please please please tell me there is a season 2 on the way!
Overall, I think this a really strong show (definitely not perfect, but very strong and it gets better as it goes along), with a couple of truly brilliant episodes. If you like audio dramas in the style of Absolutely No Adventures, I think you'll really enjoy this one.
I LOVED this audio drama. Literally laughed out loud so many times throughout the series! The script had excellent banter, the storyline and character development was interesting with unexpected depth, and the voice acting was simply AMAZING – especially since many of the actors voiced more than one character! It had the vibe of Jim Henson’s darker films like Labyrinth or Muppets’ Christmas Carol (especially the goblins), which I mean as a total positive. Will re-listen for sure!
High fantasy meets workplace comedy, it really is a show that is in a league of its own. There needs to be more, please!
Deeply silly and so much fun
This show consistently has me bursting into laughter (much to the sudden concern of passers by), and has excellent production quality! While I don’t necessarily *Like* every individual character per se, their distinct personalities and dynamic situations clash together into a season of excellently amusing shenanigans.
There’s character development! Magical beasts! Overarching doomsday plots! Disaster bisexuals! A musical episode! Begrudging friendships! Bathroom humor! Decent audio quality! Wha... more
Omg I never laughed so much. The only podcast I never forward a little. Even credits are a must to listen. I want the begining song amazing. Done session 1 in one night. WTF were rest........
I’ve definitely found a new favorite! I enjoyed the entirety of the first episode. I can’t wait for the next one! Proud of you, Dad. -Gam ❤️
Wow, perfection. Love this audio drama.

I wonderful podcast that you listen to and laugh. I highly recommend it.
This was delightful. Genuinely funny with great characters and character growth. You can definitely see- sorry, hear the time and energy and love that went into making this show. I would definitely listen to another season!
Such an awesome production. If you like Pratchett’s Discworld, Neil Gaian’s work, or fantasy comedy in general, this podcast will be right up your alley. A cozy and fun story with great acting. I hope they make season 2!
I want more!!!!!
I've seen people describe it as The Office mixed with fantasy. I can't think of a better description, but it is phenomenal, and I LOVE IT!
