This podcast stretches me every time! I take dance class because I am a sensation junkie and it allows me to escape my mind and indulge in my body (I know the mind is the body and vice versa) but this podcast lets me indulge cerebrally about my body!!!! Magic! Warning, If you listen while driving, you will miss exits! Which, consequently, gives you more time to listen! Thank you Sima!!!
