Great to finally connect and look forward to meeting up. Yes!!! Cook the RAW! One of my prior basic digital photo students explained it back to the class this way: RAW is like cupcake batter. It can create lots of different kinds of cupcakes but right now it's just the batter. I've explained it this way to all my students ever since...and they get it! Some get the munchies! ;)
It's nice to listen to this show every morning with my coffee. Just a little bit of photography advice before I start my day. I love it.
I got a 1954 Leica IIIf w/self timer five years ago four years ago I got my 1955 M3 DP two yeas I got my M10P. I no longer even own a my Canons anymore. A Leica range finder isn’t the perfect camera for everything but it’s a great camera for a lot of moments. I like the podcast.
Kenneth Wajda's podcast is a joy to listen to for any level of photographer. Interesting and unpretentious. A calm daily reminder to keep going and to enjoy the gear we use (particularly film cameras) without feeding into "gear acquisition syndrome" most of us have to some degree.
Mr. Wadja continues the tradition from his YouTube videos. Here they are perhaps more bite sized and you can listen on the go.
This could prove to be one of the best photopodcasts if he keeps it up.
Some of the topics might seem mundane, but give it a listen, you might be surprised.
