Decent for an AI-driven podcast. Ben and crew put work in, of course, but I prefer Ven’s real voice and inflection over his AI voice. Also, he really needs to lower the volume of the intro music so I don’t have to slam down the volume, then increase it to hear the voice, then lower it again at the start of the next episode. Quite annoying since levels are easy to set when recording.
Better than a Siri voice for sure but there is still room for improvement. I hope it continually gets improved. I also wish there were sources for news. Maybe there is. I haven’t seen show notes or anything yet. It’s ai so length shouldn’t be a problem for saying where the info comes from. I do like the small insights from Ben here and there talking about his own take on some things. I guess there could be a longer version of each show.
Really great to just get a quick take on what’s going on ... more
Sorry Ben you claim to be data driven… you more than anyone know Tesla sales decline in at least 70% because of the Model Y changeover. If I can’t trust on that how can I trust the test of your content. Rivian is all positive but you know the are financially not well at all!!! Sorry mate if this keeps going I will be dropping off your sites. And I have followed you since you started on YouTube..
I love how this gives me a glimpse into what is happening in EV tech, politics, and other news in a very quick daily dose. I don’t even mind the “AI” version of Ben Sullins. Need to change the title card and drop the “The” because I always forget to NOT say it when I ask my tech to play the latest episode and it likes to find me “The Daily Charge” podcast instead. 😖
I’ve always watched Ben Sullins since he started with an all Tesla YouTube channel, now he’s more focused on general EV and the now and then debunking of EV myths. While hearing him through a podcast is great I did noticed he sounded kinda strange in some podcasts until one of the YouTube episodes he said it was an AI model Ben, which kudos to Ben for making a good AI voice model, but I think a little more polishing into the sentence pause and finish would be great, in one podcast episode the AI... more
