王大牛在台觀光管理系畢業，在澳洲學習活動管理及餐飲管理，擁有澳洲廚師證明。現以教授語言維生。 在澳洲留學和打工度假生活近7年時光；紐西蘭打工渡假近1年；日本學習日文3個月，獨自背著背包旅行歐洲跟中國1個月。也旅行過埃及，柬埔寨，馬來西亞，印尼，新加坡，泰國，日本及香港。其中馬來西亞跟泰國更是去過7次以上。 旅行是我用青春踏寫出來的詩歌。這是一個透過旅遊體驗人生以及習得人生智慧的節目，謝謝您收聽我的節目。

從曼谷搭火車去美功。幾乎是半天的行程，七點多一大早出發，搭了兩段各一小時的車程，一段渡輪，和等待火車的時間。雖然累，看到不一樣的曼谷郊區和人很有趣。原本以為看膩的美功鐵道卻因為從火車上看下的視野不同大大地有趣，像極了當大明星的感覺。 美功下一站，安帕瓦的美值得在週末待上兩晚，夜晚的寧靜和跟旅人的交誼聊天和清晨的和尚化緣都是安帕瓦迷人的精緻。
馬六甲到吉隆坡待了三天兩夜。住宿在中央車站附近，屬於印度區一晚四人房500台幣。第一晚去了知名燒烤店及雙子星拍照。隔天去了黑風洞及茨廠街，晚上就在飯店附近行動。第三天早上搭Grab計程車去附近的國家清真寺，之後就退房搭一小時巴士去機場。馬航飛曼谷飛機被改到一個多小時後出發，到達曼谷已是晚上，住在機場捷運站附近的旅館，一小時內從機場到達飯店房間休息。 隔天搭包車12小時去北碧動物園，早上去稻田咖啡店Meena Cafe，之後去桂河大橋看火車，中午才到動物園搭遊園車及單獨餵長頸鹿的行程。下午去另一知... more

算算在伯斯竟然住了9棟房子，搬了8次家。在伯斯，官方建議一週房間的房租費為200澳幣，約為台幣4200元（2023年六月匯率。在郊區簽約租2房1衞1廳的公寓約為400澳幣不含雜費。）當年一個窮學生住宿一星期的預算為100澳幣包含雜費，所以找到的住宿都不好，甚至一開始影響學習效果。100元基本都是跟人合分房間，最誇張的是第一間房子竟然是四人一間房間，只有2張半雙人床這麼大。有了汽車之後人生從此海擴天空，約住越好，搬家也只要把東西塞到汽車裡真是輕鬆自在。第一間住Galendalough 住3個月；第... more
前言：此次錄音前言跟結語在節目尾端。若要出國一年以上，請把這段時光列入自己的人生藍圖裡，思考這個計畫的目的；國家的選擇和對未來的影響。0-30歲的青春時光，珍貴程度可能是40-50歲的1.5倍。不管來澳洲打工，留學和遊學。請先在紙上寫上十年間的人生規劃確定來澳洲的目的並認真執行。且出國體驗是不是最喜歡澳洲呢？還是其實其他國家比較適合自己呢？ 澳洲的文化是樂觀，正直，簡樸和自然景觀。但是就是城鄉差距大，城市文化發展不長，家戶緊閉在住宅區有被隔閡的感覺。希望大家來澳洲都能有豐富且快樂的時光。
在澳洲留學加畢業後生活總共快五年時間。留學期間唸了2個多月語言課程，後來唸了活動管理，跟2年制的餐飲管理，學習西餐烹飪。在伯斯總共住了8個地方（更正節目裡只有7個地方，搬家搬成精。工作在辦公清潔業做了四年多，其中在一家當地政府機關就做了近三年，畢業前開始在餐廳工作累積學習相關經驗，踏足餐飲業。留學近5年這段生活改變我很多，之後再跟你們細細分享其中酸甜苦辣。
如果住不起豪宅就去豪宅打掃吧！那是在澳洲打工度假第二年下半場，離開鳥不生蛋的澳洲中央沙漠，去到了美麗繽紛的湛藍大海渡假區當房務員，又能跟第一年認識的朋友一起工作，休閒，人生真的很開心。或許打工渡假兩年期限到了尾聲，我努力到了我對打工度假理想的生活。之後重回澳洲當學生並準備長期在澳洲居住的近五年日子，又是不一樣的時光。這是一段更長的故事，之後再分享給你們。
走媽祖繞境，切記要走在媽祖前面，才有東西吃。大甲媽祖台中，彰化多是發點心。雲林，嘉義是辦流水席，風情不同。 媽祖繞境可看處：大甲媽祖，煙火，陣頭，報馬仔，鑽轎子，虎爺超大鞭炮，到各個廟宇要符紙折起來掛在令旗上。白沙屯媽祖：一致顏色的帽子臂章，粉紅超跑換轎子，突然闖進民宅或臨時駐駕，還有白沙屯廟的媽祖會被請出來，大甲媽祖的大媽祖是會在原廟駐守，是請其他媽祖出巡。
