  • Entertaining show but…

I enjoy listening and the show is entertaining. D-Lo and KC have great chemistry and I like the focus on the Kings, 49ers, and other northern california sports. The only drawback is D-Lo constant bashing of anyone who is a Republican or leans more right politically. Plus, he always makes everything racial. I get it.. you’re a liberal. It’s a sports show. Keep those options to yourself.

  • Best Sports Show in Sacramento

A show that hits at all angles, has something for everyone, and hands down the best contribution from local talent that radio can offer. Get into the chatty house, grab a drink and stay a while. -Delivery Joe

Talking Points

Recent interactions between the hosts and their guests.

7/29 Hour 1 - What To Expect From the Kings
Q: What is the best case scenario for the Kings coming into this season?
James Ham explains that the best-case scenario centers on establishing two or three solid foundational pieces (like Sabonis and Murray) and players like Acuff stepping up as legitimate starters, while ensuring depth behind them. He emphasizes evaluating development, minutes, and how the rest of the roster can supplement a young core.
The James Ham Show (7-22-26)
Q: What do you think of Emmanuel Sharpe's performance in Vegas Summer League?
Sharpe impressed with elite energy, on-ball defense, and three-point shooting; his willingness to sprint the floor and impact both ends suggests he could push into a rotation, while the coaching staff will monitor consistency and ball-handling for a larger role.
Q Myers Interview (7-23-26)
Q: What is the coach Clint Kubiak's impact on the offense?
Kubiak is described as football-focused and detail-oriented, likely to push a fast, disciplined, football-centric approach that could help the team quickly implement the new scheme.
Q Myers Interview (7-23-26)
Q: How will the offensive line affect Mendoza's readiness to play?
Improved protection and a well-functioning run game are crucial; if the line can stay healthy and cohesive, Mendoza could be trusted earlier, but if the line struggles, he may be held back for development.
Q Myers Interview (7-23-26)
Q: What do you think about Fernando Mendoza's playing time this year for the Raiders?
The guest believes Mendoza will play this year but acknowledges there are options and that the exact timing depends on the offensive line's development and the coaching staff's comfort level; some want him to start early, others prefer a later introduction.
