Victoria shares from the heart and manages to bring out the best in her guests. I follow her podcast and have really enjoyed learning more about Cultural Intelligence and how it is not just learn how different people shake hands or hand over business cards!
I really enjoyed our conversation around cross cultural communication and DE&I and the role of inclusive leaders in managing multi cultural teams. Victoria has an amazing ability to ask the right questions her listeners want to hear.
Although I’m a native speaker of English, I enjoy Victoria’s podcast for her practical communication tips when working internationally. It’s always useful to hear about leadership techniques and use the lens of another person’s perspective to question my own thoughts and beliefs and see what new things I can learn to amplify my existing knowledge and skills.
