    So much valuable knowledge and content shared in this podcast!

    I finished my coaching certification in June and haven’t really done much in the realm of coaching even though I think about it daily.

    Kate in the episodes I have listened to has already on my recent binge has highlight a lot of my own limitations, reframed things and encouraged me to continue on my Journey in my own way.
