  • Always enjoyable

When I started listening, more than a decade ago, I had a no real experience with coding, and I've never seriously used xcode or apple's build environment. Nevertheless, I always enjoy listening to Manton and Daniel talk about their interesting and often opposite perspectives.

So good! Definitely worth your time.

  • Wonderful podcast

An insightful, good length podcast where two well-informed and considered friends chat about their week in related to tech around blogging, social networks, building apple and web apps and adjacent tech news and development. Plus, If you want the inside scoop on MarsEdit and Micro.blog development, this is also the best place to be. Some of Daniel’s deep dives (distractions) show a level of detail to not picky bugs in software in code that you can’t but love, even Manton can’t always keep him on... more

  • An hour of two men spewing hatred

This has been a great podcast to listen to over that past few years, I’ve even put it on my special “weekend” playlist so I can give it my full attention.

I can’t recommend this podcast any longer and I’m not surprised by their difficulty finding sponsors. Most weeks now they spend complaining about Apple, vilifying everything about the company, the management, their decisions, their practices.

An hour of two men spewing hatred can be found on less interesting places. Maybe don’t spend so mu... more

  • My Favourite Podcast

If I’ve several new podcasts available to listen to this, without fail, is the one that gets played first. I’d recommend it for anyone with any interest in Mac or iOS development or indie development more generally. It’s usually a casual conversation, often with useful technical and indie business insights or experiences shared. Tech news topics are touched on but generally by relating it to their personal experiences or how it’s relevant to their business rather than just *covering* the news li... more
