I’m not a law student, just a regular person who was looking to gain a better understanding of contract law. John’s tone and delivery make this an easy listen on a subject that traditionally could be dry. The case law provide great clear examples of the theory being taught. Every person should have an understanding of basic contract law, since we use contracts on a daily basis and this podcast will certainly provide that!!!
