Brendan referenced a social media account that counts the pause “likes” (instead of umm usage) then the guest host and Brendan proceeded to use more pause “likes” including the double “ like, like” than I’ve ever heard. I had to turn the podcast off. It’s the worst verbal tick, and seems to escalate when the other person relies on it. 4/19 cast. Are you even aware?

I’m always finding myself lol-ing during their recaps. They’ve had great guests and like another reviewer mentioned, it does leave you feeling like you’re chatting with friends!
