  • Please Go Back To Audio Only! Video Is Terrible and caused buffering non stop!

First off, this host brings in mostly shills as guest and it’s just a shill fest for price gouging up. Seriously, we don’t need video on the audio only podcast platforms, it’s causing major issues and delays (buffering for long time). Also dude vote, it’s a non stop echo chamber, but I still was giving it a try, now it’s hardly playable with apples broken video. Just please post audio only, you already post on YouTube , we want audio only please, not endless buffering.

Talking Points

Recent interactions between the hosts and their guests.

Luke Gromen: Why Tech Stocks are Outperforming Bitcoin - But This Macro Shift Will End It
Q: What is driving the disconnect between equities and Bitcoin right now?
The hypothesis is that AI-driven liquidity is disproportionately feeding a small set of assets, starving breadth elsewhere, and creating a market where Bitcoin's role as a liquidity signal is being undermined even as macro risks loom.
Michael Saylor & Phong Le Answer Retail Investors' Biggest Questions
Q: What is the plan to get MNAV back to 3-4x and how will wings be ripped off the shorts?
Increase Bitcoin per share through sustainable BTC yield and de-risking, then educate the equity markets about durable value creation; treat MNAV as a function of BTC yield, period of maturity, and market understanding of the business model.
Jeff Walton: The First Daily Bitcoin Dividend in History
Q: What makes daily dividends viable, and why not continue with monthly payouts like traditional funds?
Daily dividends compress the liquidity risk and provide more frequent cash flow to shareholders, reducing the event-driven volatility associated with monthly payouts. The company argues this approach offers faster capital turnover and creates a more scalable framework for building on top of the core Bitcoin position while maintaining high credit quality and regulatory compliance.
Jeff Walton: The First Daily Bitcoin Dividend in History
Q: Let's take a step back for those who might not be familiar with SATA—how is SATA offering a 13% yield and what exactly is digital credit in this context?
SATA is a perpetual preferred equity security that sits on Strive's balance sheet and is backed by the asset of Bitcoin. The yield comes from the balance sheet through several potential funding sources (issuing more equity, selling Bitcoin, or derivatives), and the instrument is designed to deliver a fixed annual yield per share, payable as a daily dividend. The structure aims to separate the risk/volatility of Bitcoin from the yield paid to SATA holders, effectively creating a two-tiered capital structure where the common stock absorbs the residual risk while SATA provides a more stable, lower-volatility yield.
Luana Lopes Lara: Youngest Self-Made Woman Billionaire on Kalshi, Bitcoin & Beating the Feds
Q: How did Kalshi approach insider trading and who is allowed to trade on the platform?
Kalshi implemented multiple layers of safeguards, including NDA-related prohibitions, professional and category-based trading restrictions, and in some cases outright blocks for certain users like politicians. They also built systems to detect anomalies in trading data across name, address, and other identifiers to enforce compliance and DOJ-level penalties for violations.
