  • Not good for beginners

The show starts very easily, but quickly goes to a place that assumes the listener knows a lot about language. Early episodes have a lot of variation in pronunciation which is very unsettling. • Super!!!

I’ve been learning German for a few months. I’ve been listening to Coffee Break German for a day now and I’ve learned why things are said the way they are. Listening to Mark learn and having enough time to repeat each sentence or word I learn. I’ve learned about 6 words in under 4 hours. This is super.

  • Excellent series

You can listen to this and start with literally no language and very soon you have built a strong vocabulary. Clear and slow without being boring. Great way for dyslexics to crack German.
