1.辉瑞口服药
11月5日辉瑞宣布它的口服新冠抗病毒药在三期临床试验的中期分析中显示出良好效果，在症状出现早期使用的情况下，降低住院或死亡风险89%。在安全与数据监督委员会的建议下，与FDA沟通后，辉瑞决定暂停该试验入组，将向FDA申请紧急使用授权。
这是自默克的口服药后第二个在三期临床试验中显示有效的抗病毒药。和默克的口服药一样，可以弥补现在新冠治疗的关键空白。非常巧的是，默克的口服药在11月4日获得了英国药监机构的批准，正式在英国上市。
