Our last podcast was February 2020, and so we decided to get together and host a live recording in July 2022. No doubt due to short notice and the timezones, we didn't have a huge turnout (or tunein), but thanks to the handful of people who did, and ... more

I have been a follower for years, and both of them have always been a big source of inspiration and knowledge to me. The way they articulate and communicate complex stuff for non-professionals is just amazing. There is only one bad thing: not enough episodes :D
The best climbing podcast by far. It will make me so happy to hear from you more often.

As a person who really likes the data and facts, this show is perfect and goes in depth on very important topics! More episodes!

I recommend this podcast to everyone I climb with or anyone doing any kind of training. I hope they make more episodes in the future though I’m guessing that’s unlikely at this stage. Would love to hear an episode on supplementing for general health along with a whole e... more
