小羊2017年毕业，至今已经待过十几家公司。他在荷兰读室内建筑的研究生读到一半，辍学回国，没有选择做设计的老本行，而是市场营销。去年又裸辞去了德国读一个没有学位证的纯艺项目。即使在他关系最紧密的几个朋友眼中，他也是属于非常折腾的那个类型。站在朋友的立场，我想知道他明明已经在公司里做到初级管理者了，为什么还要投入一个又一个“不赚钱”的艺术项目中？我们也更想从中窥探一直“居无定所”，接连换工作的人，是在逃避吗？Ta们到底在寻找什么？

网上邻居计划（neighborh2o2od）是由同济大学设计创意学院二〇二〇届的一群毕业生和校友发起的创作者交流平台，试图联结不同领域的创作者、文化组织以及品牌，从“芳邻二〇”(F020)毕业展览出发，到建立一个青年文化的平台，去回应当下的真实社会。
他们关注那些个人的创作者，并通过松散的组织形式将个体联结起来。目前“芳邻二〇”活动正在进行中，以对话为主要形式，与参与者分享创作者的真实生活圈。
