I loved the Chris Gaines character and his music. I still play the CD and CD single that I bought back in the day. I would play it for hours on end. Too bad it didn’t work out. For me and my other family and friends of color, this was our introduction to Garth. I truly respect him for taking on the project.
I wanted to research and petition to bring back Chris Gaines too! Loooove that y’all went to the library and thoroughly researched him. I love the details about his life and songs!
Everything I’VE ever wanted anyway.
I subscribed to this because Ashley Spurgeon’s Nashville recaps we’re so hilarious and more entertaining than the show. I’m one episode in, but I’m optimistic this podcast will also be more entertaining that Chris Gaines himself (selves?)
