洪美玲所造的景觀將現象世界的現實隔絕在外。觀者乍看不覺得真實，因為感受不到明確的物質性與重力感。甚至更像夢境，藝術家勾喚觀者的想像於此飄浮，理識一時懸宕，精神隨之臥游。強烈而主觀的色彩還加深了畫中世界的瑰麗與幻想特質。一開始也許只是為了確立創作之路，所以給了一個浪漫修辭——藝術家可能還想不到，曾幾何時，《尋道》竟然就成了她的終極園地。

《尋道》最初期的形式構成著重藏匿，秘徑隱蔽在畫面幽暗的深處，讓人感覺出路難覓，更不知導往何方。然而，藝術家很快就別開生面，確立鮮明可循的尋道路途，譬如：盤旋迂迴的山中路；可供拾級而上的階梯；宛若聖殿入口的拱形甬道；以及沿著陡峭斷崖闢鑿的險峻道路等。給人道阻且長印象的同時，洪美玲不經意地也提供了尋道者可能永無止境地在路上，甚或迷途的暗示。

2019年《詩與哲學的雕刻―深井隆個展》，是筆者直覺地依照對深井隆作品的印象所命名，五年後在赤粒藝術的第二次個展《稜鏡―時光之藍》（プリズムー時の中の青）是藝術家提出的，充滿詩意的展名。就像「詩」是一種淨化過的文字一般，深井隆的作品就像被時間淬鍊過的純粹形態，像透過稜鏡析出的藍光，詩一樣的存在。
