Mari does a fantastic job of finding the humanity of some of the biggest names in music! It is super interesting!!!
Check Your Head Podcast is a truly insightful deep dive into the mental health of some of the biggest names in music. The interviews are entertaining but also informative and inspirational. Getting to know some of my favorite musicians on a deeper level really brings my own mental health into focus.
Mari is a great person and cares about helping people, and the work she is doing in this podcast is so important. As a musician it can feel isolating dealing with mental illness. I’ve been in the music industry for over a decade and this podcast really hits home. I love listening and look forward to new episodes!
This host is doing important work that is needed in this space. She takes it seriously but knows how to keep it relevant and interesting. Quality production, keep it up!
