I don’t have a child with special needs but I consider this podcast a must-listen anyway. Why? Because it puts us more in touch with humanity. That’s how I feel anyway, every time I listen. Although Lara and her guests generally speak from the perspective of raising special needs kids, the discussions on the importance of self care are applicable to everyone. I really enjoy Lara’s conversational style and the ideas from her diverse guests.
