禪修開示
見額法師此課程是見額法師關於禪修與止觀法門的一系列指導，旨在引領學生降伏狂心、徹見本具的清淨佛性。 修行首重「止觀」雙修。修止時，秉持「身放鬆、息自然、心專注」的原則，藉由數息或觀息收攝心念。面對起心動念，應採取「不理它」的態度，知而不隨，任妄想生滅，依然保持用功的醒覺力。 修觀時，可藉由全身掃描與循身觀，深察色身乃四大假合，藉此破除我執，契入無常與空性的智慧；也可輔以慈觀對治瞋恨。 禪修法門皆為對治凡夫向外攀緣的習氣，只要看破念頭與色身的虛妄，保持「念起即覺」的覺照，便能放下萬緣，回歸不生不滅的菩提自性。 -- Hosting provided by SoundOn

禪修須面對自心種種境界，祖師云：「於心無事，於事無心」。若能體悟緣起性空，心內念頭便不再是干擾。覆蓋清淨心性的障礙主要為「五蓋」：貪、瞋、睡眠、掉悔（掉舉與過度懊悔）、疑（懷疑自他與正法）。這些皆是暫時的虛妄假相，不應將其視為實體而執著。如朱熹詩云：「問渠哪得清如許，為有源頭活水來」，我們應提振覺察力，注意這股源頭活水，將心收攝於鼻端等專注點，讓心水如明鏡般澄澈。靜坐時先肯定自身本具的清淨佛性，念頭來去皆不理會，看破五蓋的欺騙性，便能達到內心無事、外事不擾，事理無礙的清明境界。

修行須掌握根本，如永嘉大師言：「但得本，莫愁末」，此根本即是本具的清淨菩提心。六祖惠能聽聞《金剛經》「應無所住而生其心」大悟後，提出菩提自性的五大特質：一、「本自清淨」，如摩尼寶珠雖蒙塵垢，其本體光明不減；二、「本不生滅」，如轉輪聖王夢見自己為螞蟻，其王體未曾改變；三、「本自具足」，眾生皆具如來智慧德相，只是被無明蒙蔽，如電鍋未插電無法煮飯；四、「本無動搖」，如客棧主人不隨過客離去，又如虛空不隨灰塵飛舞；五、「能生萬法」，清淨心能起妙用度眾生。五祖弘忍強調「不識本心，學法無益」，唯有向內明心見性... more
「明心見性」即是清楚明白自己的菩提心，並在當下徹見佛性，方能成就佛道。佛性雖無形無相、不可見，但可透過其「作用」來感知。如波羅提尊者教導異見王，佛性作用：在胎為身、處世為人、在眼能見、在耳能聞、在手執捉、在足運奔。佛性超越時空限制，遍及沙界又收攝於微塵，不論過去、未來或身處何地，甚至微小螻蟻皆具佛性。修行就是要了知這一切皆是佛性作用，遠離染污的分別妄動，保持清淨的覺照，讓知與行合一，回歸清淨菩提自性。

見額法師開示，進禪堂結夏靜坐是為培養戒定慧與菩提心，放下外在的生滅有為法及內心法塵，回歸清淨法身佛。佛性（自性天真佛）是本具的，從出生前到成道後皆不增不減，永遠存在且清淨無礙。我們常被外塵迷惑而在輪迴中受苦，只要運用覺照力，心一妄動便拉回，即能直了成佛。如同《楞嚴經》中佛陀對波斯匿王的開示，色身雖隨年紀不斷衰老變化，但那能見恆河的「心」（菩提自性）卻未曾變動，不生不滅。我們應看破外在的無常法，體會內心本具不動的無為法，狂心頓歇即可與諸佛相應。
