I’m a long time disc golfer (30+ years) who just turned 53 and took a little time off to focus on other things. I decided it was time to dust off my bag and get back to slinging disc but found my body wasn’t moving the same way. I found the Chain Clankers by accident and loved the podcast from the first episode. Their raw, learn by doing information was exactly what I was looking for!!! The second episode “10 mistakes to avoid” was my wake up call to all the mistakes I was doing. Yes, they ... more
I’m only a few episodes in to this podcast. I like the idea of it, as I want to continue to grow my skill level and knowledge of the game. I’ve listened for over a year. I have a mind that always wants to learn, even if it’s finding little nuances with repeated beginners mind that your podcast provides. The YouTuber algorithm isn’t the bar here, be an average competitive disc golfer, own that, and talk to the content as that. I love eve... more
Just the podcast I was looking for ! Great content which I look forward to taking to the course . These guys rocked it
Absolutely love this pod as a learning and growing disc golfer. Most disc golf podcasts are about pro talk or the disc golf pro tour which is cool but there’s so many of them. I go to this podcast weekly for the useful tools it gives me to sharpen my game and to sharpen my memory of what I should be doing.
