I love the convos Wajeeh has with Mama Jee, friends, and family especially between Wajeeh and Mama Jee. Their bickering reminds me of me and my mom. As a South Indian woman, I find all the content very relatable. Even though many of the convos remind me of my own trauma, I laugh so hard sometimes bc I’m hearing someone else also understanding my positionality and feeling similar levels of frustration. Makes me feel seen. Thanks for your work and can’t wait to hear more!
Love this podcast! Hopefully mama jee and all other brown mamas hear how controlling they are ! My advice to my boys will be to elope rather than deal with crazy desi wedding drama 😂👌
