I found this podcast as I start thinking about going back to work. I’ve been blessed to be home with our kids the last 7 years and this podcast was just fantastic. I felt like Dr. Koles could read my mind! She did a wonderful job outlining how to break down the process, build growth mindset, self confidence and achieve the end goal. Worth the listen!
