I’m listening now. Abby and David are so great together and I’m just always impressed by their insight, kindness, and appropriate humor.
Informative , humorous , thought provoking. Enjoy listening on my way to work. Thanks
Interesting and informative show! Reminds me of growing up in the 90’s and listening to Loveline. Great breakdown of the show The Patient.
Love this podcast, as a therapist myself it is fast replacing the late great Very Bad Therapy. Really important discussion with great reflection to apply to one’s own practice and what to expect from your own therapy. Essential listening if you work in mental health!
I am a psychiatrist and appreciate work-related podcasts on my commute, but many can get dry. These hosts share my appreciation for how important therapy is, and they’re knowledgeable but remain funny, conversational, and real!
