    I have really been loving this podcast! It keeps me mindful throughout the day and helps me stay focused on my goals! I love and value your to-the-point opinion and motivation tactics! Can we talk about in total calories in a day? Can I eat those at any time - or do I have to stop by 7 PM? All questions aside, keep it up! You’re doing an absolutely fantastic job!
