Feels like they're trying to pull a prank.. episode 1-6, still no content - only "here's what we're going to talk about".
These guys are excellent, both this podcast and the Breaking Down Collapse podcast they did are really engaging on a topic that can be challenging. Thinking about this topic is like looking into the sun; it can be hard, but they take it step by step and have great insights and interview questions. My favorite aspect is when they provide great examples of different situations that people might be in, and ideas for approaching different scenarios - resilience for everyone.

I’m prone to anxiety and having a blueprint for moving forward really helps me keep it together. Can’t wait to learn more.

The two hosts do an excellent job providing a solid foundation upon which to build up your own resilience.
